Four product pairs, from Rejuviel or Youthfill up to Restylane or Juvederm, make up the dermal filler list at Pixelab Beauty Clinic, and every one is charged per 1 cc. Getting filler in Seoul here means picking a product grade, then the areas: nose, chin, forehead, temples or under the eyes. Amount and placement are planned by Dr. Jongkeun Song, a Korean board-certified plastic surgeon.
Dermal filler options at Pixelab Beauty Clinic
Dermal filler is an injectable gel placed under the skin to restore lost volume or to shape a contour, such as a flat nasal bridge or a short chin. It works by occupying space, so the change is visible straight away and then fades as the body breaks the gel down. The face menu here is organized by product, which keeps the choice down to two questions: which product grade, and how many cc your areas need.
Four product grades on one price list
The price list names four pairs: Rejuviel or Youthfill, Amalian or Perfecta, Belotero or Lorient, and Restylane or Juvederm. The two names in each pair share a price. Three pairs carry the note "retouch available" and Rejuviel or Youthfill carries "no retouch". When a retouch is offered and how much product it includes are not printed on the list, so ask for those terms to appear on your written quote.
Grades differ in price per cc. Which gel suits a given area depends on how firm or soft it needs to be in that spot, and that is part of the planning conversation for your face.
Where dermal filler is placed
| Area | What filler is placed to do | More detail |
|---|---|---|
| Nose | Raise a low bridge or soften a dip without surgery | This page |
| Chin and jawline | Add projection or length to a short chin | This page |
| Forehead and temples | Fill hollows that make the upper face look flat | This page |
| Nasolabial folds | Soften the crease beside the mouth | This page |
| Lips | Shape and volume of the lips | Lip filler |
| Under the eyes | Fill a tear trough hollow | Under-eye filler |
Nose filler is a non-surgical injection and does not change bone or cartilage. A nose job means surgery, which this page does not cover. The price list also carries a separate line called "Nose Contouring Injection". What that injection contains is not described in the material we hold, so ask the clinic to name the product before you choose it over nose filler.
Body filler for hips, buttocks and collarbones
Body filler is sold as sets. The hip or buttock set combines filler with Olidia, a product the price list files under collagen boosters, and a larger set covers both hips and buttocks. The collarbone set pairs clavicle filler with botulinum toxin for the trapezius muscle. Body sets are done under local anesthesia or sedation, and the clinic notes that swelling, bruising and soreness can last 1 to 2 weeks or longer. A review follows once you have recovered, and any further injection is the medical team's call.
Filler dissolving with hyaluronidase
Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid filler. It is used to correct lumps or overfilled areas and, urgently, when filler blocks a blood vessel. Two lines appear on the list: dissolving filler that was placed at this clinic, and dissolving filler injected elsewhere. Swelling, soreness or bruising for a few days is expected, and an allergic reaction to the enzyme is possible. A check 1 to 2 weeks later shows whether a further round is needed.

Who should wait before filler
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Active infection, cold sores or inflamed skin where filler would go
- A past allergic reaction to a filler or to hyaluronidase
- A big event within the next two weeks, given the bruising window
Risks of dermal filler, named plainly
Expected reactions are short-lived: swelling, bruising, tenderness and small lumps that settle as the gel integrates. A systematic review of high-level studies found adverse events after hyaluronic acid filler were mostly temporary and mild to moderate, with rare severe events (Kyriazidis et al., 2023). The serious risk is vascular occlusion, where filler blocks an artery and can lead to skin necrosis or, in rare cases, vision loss. Its rate was very low in a large cohort comparing needles and cannulas (Alam et al., 2021), and knowing the depth of facial vessels in each danger zone is the main safeguard (Scheuer et al., 2017). Under the eyes, gel placed too superficially can show as a bluish tint, known as the Tyndall effect. Delayed nodules or infection can appear weeks later.
If you notice skin turning pale or dusky, pain that keeps increasing, or any change in vision after an injection, contact the clinic at once. A meta-analysis of vascular complications found hyaluronidase worked better the sooner it was given, although the evidence base is small (Alhusain et al., 2025).
Who plans your filler
Dr. Jongkeun Song is a Korean board-certified plastic surgeon and Medical Director of the clinic. Plastic surgery training centers on facial anatomy, which is the knowledge filler safety depends on. Dermal Filler Cost in South Korea
Ten filler lines sit on the price list, and every card below shows the amount before VAT with the VAT-inclusive total underneath. Korean VAT of 10% is charged on top at payment.
Face filler is priced by product grade for each 1 cc, so the final figure depends on the grade you pick and on how many cc your chosen areas take. A chin and a nose done in the same visit are added together by volume. The hip, buttock and collarbone options are fixed sets with their contents listed on the card. The nose contouring injection and the two dissolving lines are charged per treatment.
Ask for a written quote that lists the product pair, the cc per area and any retouch terms, so you can compare totals before booking flights.

FAQ
Dermal filler questions
How much is filler in Korea per cc?
Face filler is charged per 1 cc by product pair. Rejuviel or Youthfill is ₩159,000 + VAT, and Restylane or Juvederm is ₩450,000 + VAT, with Amalian or Perfecta and Belotero or Lorient in between. Your total is the per-cc price multiplied by the cc your areas need.
Which filler brands can I choose from?
Eight product names in four price pairs: Rejuviel or Youthfill, Amalian or Perfecta, Belotero or Lorient, and Restylane or Juvederm. Each pair shares one price. If you already know a brand from home, mention it when you message the clinic so the plan starts from it.
What does "retouch available" mean on the filler price list?
It marks the three pairs for which the clinic offers a retouch: Amalian or Perfecta, Belotero or Lorient, and Restylane or Juvederm. Rejuviel or Youthfill is listed without one. The timing and amount of a retouch are not printed, so have them written into your quote.
How long does nose or chin filler last?
The clinic gives 6 to 18 months for face filler, and the product and the area decide where you land in that range. Areas that move a lot, such as around the mouth, break gel down faster than a still area like the nasal bridge. Filler fades gradually.
What is the downtime after filler?
Swelling and bruising can last 1 to 2 weeks, according to the clinic. Makeup can cover mild bruising once the injection points close. Skin that turns pale or dusky, worsening pain or blurred vision are warning signs of a blocked vessel and need the clinic straight away.
Can I fly home the same day after filler, and how long should I stay in Seoul?
Yes, the clinic says a same-day flight home is possible. A review is booked 2 to 4 weeks later only if needed, so a short trip can work for face filler. Leave a day or two before a long-haul flight if you can, to keep an eye on early swelling.
Can filler from another clinic be dissolved here?
Yes. Dissolving filler injected elsewhere has its own price line, ₩200,000 + VAT. Hyaluronidase acts on hyaluronic acid filler, so bring the product name if you have it. Expect a few days of swelling, and tell the clinic about any allergies first.
Who is the doctor at the clinic?
Dr. Jongkeun Song is a Korean board-certified plastic surgeon. Plastic surgery residency at The Catholic University of Korea, Seoul St. Mary's Hospital built the anatomy training that filler placement around facial vessels relies on. Dr. Song is the Medical Director of Pixelab Beauty Clinic.
Are filler prices shown before or after VAT?
Before VAT. One cc of Belotero or Lorient is listed at ₩360,000, which becomes ₩396,000 once 10% VAT is added at payment. Every price card on this page shows both figures.
Can I consult in English?
Yes. Interpreters are on staff, English included, so the whole visit can run in English. You can also write to us on WhatsApp in English with photos of the areas you want treated, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is a deposit needed to book filler, and what if I cancel?
Deposit amounts and cancellation rules are not listed on this site. Before you transfer any money, ask for the terms in writing alongside your quote, and check what happens to a payment if your flight dates move.
What is included in hip or buttock filler?
Both are fixed sets. The hip or buttock set uses 200 cc of filler with 50 cc of Olidia, and the hip plus buttock set uses 300 cc with 150 cc of Olidia. They are done under local anesthesia or sedation, with swelling and soreness for 1 to 2 weeks or longer.
